Project Overview
Following a long association with Anglican Schools and Oran Park Anglican College, Wetherill Architects were commissioned to develop a 2024 Master Plan to support the development of Stages 10a and 10b.
The key drivers for the Masterplan included:
- Increase student enrolments from 1,286 students and 110 staff to 1,420 students and 128 staff;
- Increase GLA and specialist spaces to support growth;
- Review and optimise the traffic flow and parking strategy, relative to required growth; and
- Establishment of design principles that reflect the College’s values and mission to weave through future projects at OPAC and inform future refurbishments
Learning Precinct Phase 10a: We have recently submitted the design for Stage 10a for approval.
