Project Overview
Located just three blocks from the iconic Manly Beach, we were engaged by the builder as consultants to develop for construction documentation to the approved Development Application for an 8-storey residential flat building comprising 41 apartments, with parking provided across the ground floor and basement levels for 57 vehicles. The project carried a construction budget of $24 million.
This development was also one of the office’s first projects delivered as a regulated design under the NSW Design and Building Practitioners Act.
The floor plan and communal areas have been arranged to maximise the available outlook while remaining compliant with the parameters of the National Construction Code. Public art at street level is proposed along the internal connecting laneway, complemented by terrace-style apartments to help activate the streetscape.
